Job Title: National Account Manager
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
Experience- 8-12 Years
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead and supervise a team of 3-4 Business Development Managers (BDMs), providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key national accounts.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored mobility solutions that align with Mahindra Logistics' offerings.
- Identify and address market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Represent Mahindra Logistics at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and expand our network.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the mobility solutions industry and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Master's degree in business management
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- In-market presence for 75% of the time.
