- Handle the Key Account & closely work with only specified number of client.
- Offers comprehensive on- line advertising & promotion solutions.
- Ensure continuous interaction with the customer/client to make sure that areas of concerns can be worked upon for improved service levels.
- Provide customer/client service in order to increase client satisfaction, program growth and new product introductions.
- Monitor client relationship and program performance to meet and exceed client goals.
- Build & maintain healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norm.
- Establish relationship with the decision makers i.e. Chairman, Director and Business Head etc. and increase the volume of business with respect to last year.
- Comprehensive knowledge of clients business environment.
- Analysis on Client Marketing strategies on geographical area & prepare the plan of action for targeting untapped market.
- Suggest marketing & promotional activity on ad-hoc basis to client to increase the business revenue.
- Managing MIS through ERP and different analysis for team & client management.
- Extensive brainstorming on trouble shooting for client online campaign & suggestion for the solution as per the requirement
