Executive Hiring is looking for a Leadership role in Sales as National Account Head - Modern Trade for an FMCG, based at Mumbai.
Post Grad in Marketing / MBA from Premiere Business Schools (preferably batch of 14/15) with at least 2-3 years handling the Offline Retail, managing large Accounts with an additional exposure to Trade / Customer Marketing and General Trade in an FMCG of repute, are mandatory.
Key Deliverables:
- Delivery of both Sell-in (Secondary) & Sell-out (Offtake) targets for the accounts within budget.
- Understand, negotiate & rollout new business models, develop new avenues of business such as Omni-Channel presence of clients & ability to drive & build E-acceleration for Offline retailers
- To negotiate Terms of trade with new accounts and on-board them as profitable businesses.
- Build & accurately forecast and achieve the accounts results: Turnover, Market Shares. Plan all growth drivers and key initiatives accordingly.
- Prepare and lead the Accounts negotiations, as well as ensure execution & tracking down to store level.
