We use fresh ingredients such as milk, yogurt, pulp/juices of various fruits & vegetables as well as fresh flowers and leaves to build personal care products for everyday use. The recipes are inspired by kitchens of moms & grandmoms and are authentically Ayurvedic. Responsibilities:
1. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from top to bottom of the funnel campaigns.
2. Lead FB ads, Google ads & Programmatic media to drive campaigns
3. Optimise ad spend & performance to maximise ROAS
4. Ability to handle daily budgets of at least Rs 5L
5. Work with marketing, design & tech teams closely to achieve targets
6. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Skills:
1. 4-6 years experience in paid /performance marketing management
2. Hands on experience with performance ad optimisation
3. Experience in leading a team of analysts
4. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
5. Ability to manage FB ads, Google Ads & Programmatic media
5. Experience in marketing for FMCG /consumer brands is a plus
