Job Summary: Join our visionary team as a Product Manager, driving innovation and growth for the Direct to Consumer business of Nat Habit. As the leader of our product team, you will spearhead the optimization of our current website, oversee the development of a new app and build a high-performing product team.,

Key Responsibilities:

Website Optimization:

- Lead the enhancement and optimization of the current website for an improved user experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes based on user feedback and analytics.

App Development:

- Spearhead the development of a new app from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with brand goals.

- Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless and engaging app experience.

Product Team Leadership:

- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and communicate a product roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams to align product initiatives with overall business strategy.

- Facilitate communication and ensure a cohesive approach to product development.

User Research and Feedback:

- Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences.

- Utilize customer feedback to iterate and improve products continuously.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Utilize analytics and data insights to make informed decisions and measure product success.

- Implement A/B testing and other methods to optimize features and functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

- 5-7 years experience in product management, preferably in a DTC or e-commerce environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Demonstrated success in leading the development of websites and mobile applications.

- Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing product teams.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term and long-term goals.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
