Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.tech / ME / M.tech - with relevant experience in Battery Pack / Lithium Cell Manufacturing industry

Role : Be a part of Marketing team - Nash Energy Division (Cell Manufacturing and Battery pack division)

Job Description:

- Business development experience in Energy / Electric Vehicle (Lithium Ion Battery pack / Lithium Ion Cell Etc)

- Candidates should be good in New Business Acquisition, Mining Existing Business, Preparing Proposals, Costing, Profitability and Sales Management

- Must conduct market research and develop sales strategy for new service offerings.

- Expert in Prospecting, lead qualification, customer meeting, proactively gauging customer requirements, developing solutions from available offerings, proposal preparation and Sales closure.

- Must achieve annual revenue target and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Able to guide a Team of Sales / Business Development

Operational Metrics: The various operational metrics include:

- % increase in revenue and profitability by vertical

- % increase in overall revenue growth

- Number of new opportunities identified

- 100% closure of commercial issues including commodity pricing

- % increase in customer satisfaction index

- % increase in market share

- Tool Development costs vs. budget

- % deviation from allocated budget
