Business Development Manager - EMS Industry - Bangalore - Location

We are looking for the candidates who has core experience in Business Development for:

- ODM Verticals ( OWN DESIGN- MANUFACTUER)

- CDM Verticals ( CUSTOMER-DESIGN MANUFACTUER)

Job Description:

Business development experience in EMS / EV Segment / BLDC Motor / wire Harness/ EMC / EMI / Charging station / battery management system / power electronics division / any other relevant industry is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.

- Engage with the customer's CXO/leadership profiles to conceptualize products/solutions in the digital transformation space, leading to order opportunities for the full ODM stack.

- Engage with NASH leadership to brainstorm new or relevant product ideas for white label.

- Focus on export business for electronics, mechatronics, mechanical, and box build.

Role Authorities:

- The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who deeply understands prospecting and develops strong relationships with customers.

- Experience selling product design, development, and manufacturing services in the international markets is a BIG plus.
