- Scoping the Education (tech) landscape and identifying opportunities for acquisition, investment
- Formulate new business strategy and execution roadmap
- Conduct market assessment and identify inorganic growth opportunities through M&A + strategic alliances (white labelling)
- Formalize product wise go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Product Team
- Develop the Annual Operating Plan for the business
- Analyze and evaluate product business plans
- Monitor and track project progress, and offer support
