Narayana Health - Data Analyst/Scientist

Role :

The Data Scientist, as part of NH's Business Analytics team, will play a key role in shaping and strengthening NH's competitive edge. The data scientist will understand the nature of business, mine data from various sources, design analyses, model the data and deliver meaningful and impactful insights.

Responsibilities :

- Interact across various functions to get a detailed understanding of process flows and currently tracked metrics under their respective verticals

- Develop and continuously refine comprehensive models and construct dashboards and reports for various verticals

- Identify and integrate various data sources and data points required to populate the models. Identify data gaps and drive clean-up and sanitization of data gaps

- Design visuals to effectively represent the data models and analyses to provide a clear structure for decision making

Preferred Qualification (The below mentioned qualifications are indicative) :

- Computer Science/IT Graduate

or

Non-Computer Science Graduate with a Software Development work experience

- MBA

- Relevant work experience 2-3 years
