Job Summary:
- As a Senior Manager - Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of My Branch Services' Managed Office offerings.
- You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and retaining enterprise-level clients, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Generate leads from enterprise clients through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Present My Branch Services' Managed Office solutions effectively to C-level executives.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Proactively address client inquiries and concerns to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize revenue and profitability.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and develop junior team members to support business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e., legal, finance, operations) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Market Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Develop strategies to differentiate My Branch Services' Managed Office offerings in the market.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record in business development and sales, particularly within the enterprise market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth understanding of the managed office industry and its key players.
