- A minimum of 3+ yrs experience in product management

- A people-friendly person with extraordinary organizational and leadership skills

- Prior tech/development experience a huge plus

- MBA or prior startup experience preferred

- Have strong presentation skills

- Ability to think creatively and solve the problem

- Very good written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with the agile development framework and strong delivery capabilities
