Naprod Life Sciences - Vice President - Factory Operations

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven VP Operations (Factory) for Boisar(Palghar) Location.

JD's :

- Experience of 25 Years, 5 Years in SVP Liquid Injectables & 5 to 10 years in SRA Promotion Facility as a GM & above.

- Must have exposure to track multiple dept. of pharma industry (QA / QC & Production).

- Evaluate performance of the organization in meeting objectives and determine where costs can be reduced, what can be improved and what should be changed.

- Confer with HODs to discuss issues, coordinate activities or resolve the problems.

- Take corrective action to solve organizational problems.

- Direct human resources activities, including the approval of HR plans related to factory, the selection of HOD, and organization of departments.

- The person should have competencies like Judgment and decision making, complex problem solving, critical thinking, and - personnel management skills.

- Must have the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

- Must be able to put plans on paper, lead and execute.

- Minimum10 years' experience in injectable manufacturing and 7 working in high-production environments.

- 7 years' hands-on supervisory experience in management of production operations in a high-volume FDA regulated or pharma environment.

Required Candidate profile :

- B.Pharma or B.Sc / M.Pharma or M.Sc / PHD

- Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma problem solving skills.

- Experience in aseptic drug manufacturing.

- Serve as a business partner to the organization and act as the agent responsible for executing and driving progress against all of the organizations' Projects, multi-site, new developments within a timelines.

- He should be an integral part of Naprod leadership team to meet company goals and objectives through planning, leading, organizing, and controlling organizational resources.
