We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven VP - Export for Mumbai (Andheri - Marol) Location.
JD's :-
- Last 5 year working as Profit Centre Head in B2B Business of formulation for International market.
- 2 to 5 years experience in handling markets like SRA (Europe, Australia and New Zealand) GCC, Iraq, Algeria, Morocco for B to B work in oncology / Govt tendering.
- Market Network in terms of TOP B to B customers, Upcoming and existing products in ontology, regulatory requirements, upcoming changes in local govt policies etc.
- Directly responsible for revenue generation of 150 to 200 Cr.
- Experience in Business Planning up to 3 years with operationalizing the same across various markets.
- Should have either earlier worked or has fair knowledge of ROW Markets.
- Good in English written and verbal communication. Pleasing personality & Presentation Skills. Displaying required professional outlook.
- Able to work in uncertain/unstructured environment with Plan B/C working.
- Must be ready to travel around 7 to 8 times a year.
Required Candidate profile :
- B.Pharm / BSc & Post-Graduation & MBA
- Experience in General / Oncology Injectable
- Achieving 3 year's Business plan with 30% YOY growth
- No of term sheets signing
- Talent Attraction and Development of BD Team.
- Setting up of Representative Offices in two to Three countries(way forward).
