We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR Manager - HRBP (HR Business Partner) for Mumbai (Andheri - Marol) Location.

JD's :

- Experience in Pharma Industry.

- Must have Execution's of PMS & HR Budgeting

- Last 3 year working in Zonal or PAN India basis in TA & OD in manufacturing industry.

- Working on min quarter to yearly recruitment plan with closing of min 4 to 5 Critical (HOD & FLM level) positions per quarter.

- Hands on experience of using job portals, linked-in from its ROI.

- Experience of translating the required organization level changes into successful execution level of OD initiatives/interventions.

- Good network of Recruitment/OD consultants and potential candidates.

- Experience of prioritizing and allocation of task to the team.

- Good in listening, English communication and inter personal skills.

- Able to work in uncertain/unstructured environment with Plan B working.

- Ready to travel to factory twice in a month.

Required Candidate profile :

- Qualification : Full Time/Part time MBA in HR

- Joining of Critical Positions per quarter

- JUMP of positions as per plan

- PMS as per plan

- Change initiatives as per plan

- ESS & CSS as per Plan

- CIPs
