- 5+ years recent experience in Business Development for Injectable Formulation in ASEA Region ( Vietnam, Malaysia, Honking, Philippines, Thailand)
- Managing P&L for own region. Achieve the benchmarks in growth of the assigned region. Increase the market, sales, revenues and profitability of the company Establish brands in newly created/ identified market.
- Develop 1 to 2 years P&L based on the strategy
- Prepare a radar plan for 3 years and propose it for approval
- Define the business plan based on customer segmentation, product portfolio Management, competitive positioning, market assessment, pricing, and new product development. Approve Annual sales plan for own region. Review and revise the business plan on half yearly basis
- Approve P&L of 1 year for Asia on the basis of business strategy and get it authorized
- Approve the sales promotional strategies on yearly basis and oversee the same and revise in case of any changes on half yearly level
- Get the approval on yearly expense budget and review and make the necessary changes on half yearly basis based on the requirement
- The person should have competencies like complex problem solving, critical thinking and Analytical skills
- Must be able to put plans on paper, lead and execute
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, or science with MBA degree
- 15 to 20 years' experience with an exposure of Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Honkong, Thailand and China market
- He should be able to leads the team
