\We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager - In-Licensing for Mumbai (Andheri - Marol) Location.

JD's :

- Creating new opportunities for growing the business, organically and inorganically through in licensing of products for companies entry into Pharma emerging markets of Latam / CIS/Europe/Africa.

- Building comprehensive business case for product opportunities including an overview of all development/ launch activities.

- Coordinating with R&D and other stakeholders in product development and regulatory filings. Getting product from R&D level to market.

- Assisting the product team in identifying / evaluating new drug / value added generic targets from a marketing perspective (NPV analysis).

- Conceptualize and develop new products organically or via partnerships and acquisitions in,Pharma-emerging-markets

- Taking ownership of existing portfolio of new businesses, making recommendations on which ones have the most upside, developing the supporting business plans, and most importantly, executing to get them to market
- In conjunction with product management identify new applications for existing product lines -drive the internal growth of the company

- Good analytical, Communication skills, Planning & organizing and business acumen.

- Result orientation.

- Should have experience in business development in from CRAMS / out licensing companies in India and abroad

- Will be up to date with industry and competitor activities in Pharma emerging markets and will have a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements in these markets.

- Strong collaboration and networking with industry KOLs and business thought leaders

- Astute business acumen, including strategic financial planning and Ability to guide team's efforts and energies in R&D projects and initiatives.

Required Candidate profile :

- Exposure in B2B / CMO business.

- Qualification: B.Pharm or B.Sc. with MBA in Marketing.

- Building a strong business pipeline for 1 to 2 years.

- Developing energetic team.

- Meeting the 1 - 2 years budgeted target.
