Business Development Manager(API) - Domestic
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager(API) - Domestic for Mumbai (Andheri - Marol) Location.
JD's :
- Exposure in API business
- Expand access opportunities in market in order to differentiate Macchem- s Products from competitors.
- Engagement with key stakeholders (A grade customers) to remove access barrier and deliver value based discussion for Macchem products.
- Build strong relationships, identify and establish partnerships with stakeholders of A grade customers in terms of development and sustainability through engagement and communication plans.
- Design and deliver best in class APIs solution, and handover it after 3 commercial transactions to sales operation team for its continuity.
- To lead and coordinate market access projects for products in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and cross functional teamwork skills.
- Display excellent written and verbal business English skills.
- Entrepreneurship spirit and daring to challenge current status quo. Proactive, professional and responsible. Thrive working in a fast-paced, innovative environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient
- Project Management Skills and People Leadership experience
- Willingness to travel for up to 50-60% of the time
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders from differing backgrounds including technical experts as well as commercial leaders alike.
Required Candidate profile : At least 8-10 years of experience in Market Access, Marketing or Sales for API Industry.
Qualification :
- B.Pharm or B.Sc. with MBA in marketing.
- Lead generation for new business.
- Build a product pipeline which will be very unique.
