1. Experience with eliciting the requirements (by working with customers, product managers and business analysts)

2. Translate the business requirements in to technical requirements

3. Create different views of the system and communicate to development teams

4. Preparing solution architecture and solution design documents

5. Identify the hotspots in the system and help drive the solution in those areas

6. Identify the PoCs, as needed work closely with development team to finalize the design principles

7. Good knowledge on all technology domain design patterns - GOF, SOA, Cloud etc.

8. Thorough hands on experience with java/j2ee (Tomcat, JBOSS app servers), Spring, Hibernate frameworks

9. Extensive experience with SOA and Microservices

10. Experience with jBPM, BRMS (JBOSS) and open source ESB is a must

11. Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure stack is necessary

12. Experience with CEP, in-memory data grids & Rules engines

13. Experience with HTML5, CSS, javascript, Angular JS is a must and working knowledge of Ext JS & Flex will be an added PLUS

14. Pre-sales experience: Proposing solutions and estimations, plans, roadmaps

15. Be able to communicate effectively via presentations

16. Be able to engage with technical leads, difference specialists to pull the solution together

17. Be able to do effective technical reviews

18. Experience with performance tuning of applications

a. identifying bottlenecks, suggest solutions, drive the teams to implement solutions

b. Experience with tuning app servers, databases

19. Experience with big data, Machine learning would be added advantage.

20. Experience with Automation: CI/CD/DevOps
