Summary -

- To support Napier Healthcare's business growth globally, we are seeking an experienced leader for Strategic alliances to build our network of partners. These include services and consulting partners for product implementation in various focus geos, technology ISV partners such as IBM, Microsoft and Apple and channel sales partners where applicable.

- You will own key partnerships that drive market share and client acquisition. In addition, he/ she will also be responsible for generating joint opportunities and constantly expand the network of partners across healthcare vertical

Detailed Responsibilities :

- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.

- Ensure good realtionship between the management of both organisation

- Periodic business reviews and responsible for termination of partners not meeting objectives

- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners- expectations.

- Work with product management leadership to infuse profitable technology components from principla vendors such as IBM, Microsoft & Apple

- Meet assigned targets for lead generation and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.

- Proactively leadjoint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.

- Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.

- Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement

- Lead solution development efforts that best address enduser needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel

- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements

- Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners

Qualification :

- Bachelor/PG Degree in health administration, business, or an analytical field is required

- Minimum 5 years of partner management and account management experience

- Experienced in working with investors, senior leaders and IT companies

- A broad knowledge of principles and best practices in partner sales

- Ability to travel upto 75%

Key Competencies and Skills :

- Outstanding interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate with partners and stakeholders

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Demonstrable knowledge of healthcare industry trends and hospital business structure

- Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

- Participate and contribute to annual strategic review and goal setting process

- Ability to inspire, encourage, and influence others toward a shared vision and optimal outcomes

- Ability to quickly understand an issue, identify alternatives, quantify and assess, and objectively present recommendations that are in the best interest of the system, the region, and the hospital

- Capable of analysing financial, volume, and market data
