Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution:

- Own Nap Chief's social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

- Work closely with team to bring creative ideas to life and ensure flawless execution.

- Maintain a fast content turnaround-from ideation to execution-without compromising on quality.

- Keep an eye on trends, memes, pop culture, and viral content-knowing what works and why.

- Lead weekly content planning meetings and ensure the team sticks to the execution timeline.

Creativity & Innovation:

- Bring bold, fresh, and unique ideas to the table-content should never feel repetitive or forced.

- Push the boundaries of storytelling, humor, and engagement-this isn't a 'copy-paste' role.

- Have a strong sense of visual aesthetics-Nap Chief is a premium brand, and our social media should reflect that.

- Experiment with short-form video, long-form YouTube content, and interactive formats to drive engagement.

Team & Process Management:

- Act as the go-to person for the social media team-guiding, mentoring, and troubleshooting.

- Ensure quick decision-making and problem-solving-social media moves fast, and so do we.

- Set clear KPIs and track performance metrics across platforms.

- Work closely with the graphic design and content teams to maintain brand consistency.

Growth & Analytics:

- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on data (not just intuition).

- Stay updated with platform algorithms and best practices.

- Test and iterate on new strategies to drive organic reach and engagement.
