Designation: Manager/Associate Director - Direct Tax

Experience: 5+ years of post-qualification experience

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CS/ LLB will be added advantage)

Location: Noida

Roles & Requirements:

- Handle all aspects of corporate tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, tax computations, withholding tax compliances and related documentation.

- Corporate tax advisory services - Judicial analysis, withholding tax implications, contract review, etc.

- Corporate tax litigation - assist in preparation and filing of submissions before the tax authorities; assist in preparation and filing of appeal before CIT(A); DRP; ITAT.

- Conduct tax research and analysis to identify opportunities for tax savings and optimization.

- Participate in tax audits and investigations and coordinate responses to inquiries from tax authorities.

- Consulting firm's experience exposure preferred

- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company's tax liabilities and obligation.

- Good at business and assertive communication

- Responsive and proactive in approach

- Respect for organizational policies

- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Must be a team player and be willing to work over-time when necessary

- High integrity with a strong work ethic

- Strong client service focus. Responsive to needs of colleagues and clients

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
