Vice President - Key Accounts Management

Job Purpose: VP - Key Accounts will oversee the relationships of the company with OEM's and their channel partners. He will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with key customers by comprehending and meeting their requirements.
Will lead a PAN India team of Key Account Managers.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Will be single point contact with the customer organization through his Key Account Manager
- Develop trust in relationship with major customers to ensure that the company remains the first choice for customers. Ensure customer satisfaction is enhanced. Move towards customer experience rather than customer satisfaction.
- Expand the relationship with existing customers by continuously providing and proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner with an effective interface with internal and external stake holders.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain confidence and trust.
- Analyse comprehensive MIS/reports of progress and utilize the same with Key customers for their confidence building. Follow up with internal teams for area of improvements.
- Responsible for Account Receivables Management & Inventory Management
As head of Key Accounts should internally drive all customer initiatives
- Responsible for Availability and Reliability of supplies through proper (Accurate) forecasting and close coordination with plants.
Knowledge and Skill:
- 15+ yrs of experience in sales and marketing providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Relevant experience in working with Auto OEM's
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem solving and negotiation
- Willing to travel min 8 -10 days in a month for customer visits PAN India basis
- Individual should be a Tech Graduate or MBA
KPI's
- Sales turnover in INR & Volume Turnover in Kilo Litre
- Bottom line profitability (Selling Price, Control on S&A and Cost of carrying - Receivables and Inventory)
- Customer Satisfaction Scores
- Number of Value-added Solutions and services
- Market Share enhancement by New Customer acquisition
- Market Share enhancement by increasing wallet of share with Existing customers
- Customer Complaint handling and resolution
- Engagement Score for his team
