Overview:

As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial health and strategic direction of the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, creating budgets and forecasts, developing financial models, supporting strategic planning, and improving financial processes.

Location: Bidadi, Bangalore, Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Identify trends, variances, and potential risks that may impact the organization's financial health.

- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive management.

- Develop and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts for various departments and business units.

- Collaborate with department heads to gather revenue and expense estimates.

- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Create and maintain complex financial models to assess the financial implications of strategic decisions, such as mergers, acquisitions, or new product launches.

- Conduct sensitivity analysis to evaluate the impact of different scenarios on financial performance.

- Provide financial analysis and support to the strategic planning process.

- Evaluate the financial feasibility of strategic initiatives and identify potential risks and opportunities.

- Develop financial projections to support strategic decision-making.

- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.

- Implement new financial tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Qualified CA with 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
