Namaskar Ayurved is a luxury skin, hair and wellness start up launched by two well renowned co-founders, Gita Nayyar, a successful Angel Investor and board member / senior banker with over 30 years of experience and Aditi Deshmukh, an entrepreneur with ventures in the organic food, farming and education. The founders are supported by two industry leading Advisors who work closely with the firm.

The start-up commenced, sales in February 2023 after two years of extensive research and product development. Since its launch, Namaskar Ayurved has succeeded in gaining entry into the hotel and spa segment and has established a foot hold in the D2C space. We are now looking for a motivated and committed Assistant Marketing manager with an orientation to working with small teams and in a start up culture. This is an opportunity to learn and grow with a young startup with potential and get extensive cross functional
experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Marketing Strategy: Conceptualizing, planning and overseeing the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.

- New product development: Working closely with the product development to conceptualize and develop new products through extensive market research.

- Brand Communication: Ensuring seamless brand communication across channels and helping build a consistent brand image across different sales and marketing platforms. Working with the performance marketing agency to build brand communication and product USPs.

- Social Media: Managing social media platforms and social media communication, exploring and building new communication channels, working closely with third parties to create brand content

- Managing online & offline channels: Managing all marketplace marketing, onboarding and building new sales channels across various marketplaces and offline channels as well.

Requirements:

- MBA with 2+ years experience in Marketing

- Strong analytical mindset with data driven decision making.

- Self starter with an ability to work in a small team.

- Strategic, highly adaptable, and entrepreneurial person

- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
