Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Nalli Silk Sarees Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru.

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.

The role also involves collaborating with department heads and senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges.

- High ownership levels and should be able to drive the HR department independently.

- Numbers-oriented.

- Positive attitude and ability to work with team.

- Strong communication.

Roles/Responsibilities :


General HR:

- Act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers for the business.

- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR function.

- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

- Maintain proper work culture, ensuring timeliness is maintained in terms of check in and check out of employees.

- Ensure adherence to policies and act as an internal control representative.

- Identify and implement practices to improve employee morale and motivation.

Roles/Responsibilities :


Recruitment:

- Write JD's, Manage end to end funnel of posting jobs, Conducting interviews,.

- Closing positions within strict deadlines.

- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements.

- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs and schedule interviews.

- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

- Ensuring relevant training to the employees in their respective department, ensuring proper and smooth hand over from the previous employee Exit Management.

Roles/Responsibilities :


Payroll:

- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus,. leaves, etc).

- Possess knowledge of the labour laws, ensuring compliance with the Provident.

- Fund, ESI and other acts.

- Ensuring timely payouts to employees.

Roles/Responsibilities :


Record Maintenance.

- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.(staffing, recruitment, grievances, performance evaluations).

- Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies).

- Development and upkeep of proper KRA's and appraisal cycle in the organisation.

Roles/Responsibilities :


Admin:

- Supervise day-to-day coordination required at office.

- Manage housekeeping team and security staff.
