Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Management:
- Own the annual marketing budget and develop a comprehensive marketing plan and calendar aligned with sales goals.
- Set clear marketing goals and objectives, and design, track, and analyze metrics for all marketing activities.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis, measure ROI, and generate insightful reports.
- Create, maintain, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines (manual, values, design language) across all marketing materials.
- Develop and manage the brand's editorial direction, style guides, merchandising calendar, photoshoot schedules, promotions, and packaging.
- Ensure consistent brand delivery and voice across all communication channels (online and offline).
- Lead the identification and selection of creative partners (agencies, production houses, photographers) to support marketing campaigns.
- Manage and collaborate with external partners throughout the creative process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities, including online and offline initiatives.
- Supervise the creative production of all marketing materials and ensure quality control before publication.
- Manage project scope, prioritize tasks, and address any roadblocks to ensure timely project completion.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant stakeholders across the organization to drive successful marketing execution.
- Lead negotiations and secure cost-effective deals with vendors that maximize brand value.
Building Brand Presence:
- Develop a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the brand and specific platforms.
- Partner with and manage fashion influencers to increase brand awareness and credibility.
- Cultivate relationships with fashion editors and implement strategic PR initiatives to secure organic media coverage.
- Craft a customer-centric marketing experience through loyalty programs, omnichannel activations, and engaging offline events to enhance brand image and drive sales.
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to reach new audiences and revitalize the brand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of [8-10 years] of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on fashion e-commerce (adjust experience based on your company's needs).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that achieve brand objectives and drive sales growth.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, fashion trends, and the e-commerce landscape.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a creative team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large marketing budget and resources efficiently.
- Experience working with ATL, BTL, and digital marketing channels (organic and paid).
- Deep understanding of social media marketing and influencer relations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
