The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong consumer focus, results-oriented, and bias for action
- Sound business acumen and intuition about fashion brands and ecommerce
- Hands-on understanding of ATL, BTL and Digital channels
- "Gets" organic marketing, social media and what it takes to build a fashion brand online
- Good at Leadership Interactions; will interact directly with MD, Store GMs, cross-functional collaborators
- Must have handled photoshoots
- Has contacts in industry with agencies, production houses, fashion photographers, media buying houses etc
Roles/Responsibilities :
Brand Strategy
- Own the annual marketing budget; Build a marketing plan and calendar to execute against sales goals; Optimize use of budgets and resources across marketing communication mix
- Set up marketing input and output goals; Design, track and analyze metrics for all marketing activity; Do post campaign analysis, ROI and reporting.
- Create & follow Brand Manual, Values, Design guidelines and ensure all creative collateral adheres to same
- Develop the category's editorial direction, style guidelines, merchandising calendar, collateral / 3photoshoot calendar, promotions, packaging
- Manage brand delivery and consistency in visuals and tone across all communication mix
