Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Assistant Manager HR & Admin.

The Assistant Manager will handle various day-to-day tasks associated with human resources and administrative functions.

This includes managing employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, handling employee grievances, implementing HR policies, managing attendance and leave management, and ensuring smooth administrative operations including Housekeeping & Security.

Qualifications:

- Excellent knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

- Experience in handling employee relations and grievance handling.

- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Relevant HR certification is a plus.

- Relevant skills and qualifications in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and payroll administration would be beneficial for this role.
