Product Manager - Travel/Forex Prepaid Card
Role Summary :
The Product Manager is responsible for driving the entire cycle of product development and product management through all stages of the multicurrency travel prepaid card business whereby ensuring smooth product launch, market positioning, market penetration, for the product.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop the product strategy and define the product roadmap for all target markets
- Responsible for new product developments, launches and product promotional activities
- Define business targets and ensure achievement in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including distribution partners
- Manage the portfolio through excellent portfolio management, campaign management and stakeholder management
- Create customer segment wise propositions with value added services, superior value and unparalleled experience for Nafex customers
- Manage, lead and drive the team to ensure smooth product operations and high standard quality towards business excellence
- Collaborate cross functionally across departments and areas to ensure support of product development and ongoing product management
- Responsible for conducting market intelligence, research, competitor analysis and design features/functionalities to keep Nafex products and services ahead of competition
- Responsible for managing key relationship (Processor, Program Manager, Money changers, Merchants etc)
- Responsible for handling all audits, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Build the Nafex brand as an organization offering excellent product line, product services and customer service
- Work with the processor and program manager to conduct product training for internal and external stakeholders periodically
Desired Skills :
- Proven experience in travel prepaid card product development, product management and new product launch
- In-depth understanding of the business environment and developments of forex market in India and worldwide
- Good grasp of the Indian foreign exchange regulatory environment and key drivers of money changing business
- B2B relationship management
- Ability and desire to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Strong analytical acumen to translate data in to actionable trends and potential business ideas
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to manage cross functional groups without direct reporting authority
- Excellent presentation skills to present key trends, business cases to senior management and other stakeholders
