We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in driving results in B2C space using content marketing strategy.
- The successful candidate will oversee our content and its marketing over digital channels comprising of SEO, Social Media, PPC and Affiliate marketing..
- He/she will manage the development and flow of content throughout the marketing funnel from webpages, social media posts, press releases etc.
- In this role you will be responsible for managing our outsourced content making team and SEO team.
- The right person will have a working knowledge of SEO, SEO optimization practices, and all things - organic leadgen.
- He/she will understand how to use creative content to amplify its reach to target audience via all the digital mediums.
New and exciting projects you'll be a part of :
- Work with director to plan, create, and execute results-driving content strategy and tactics.
- Write, source, or outsource compelling copy for to populate and drive each aspect of the marketing funnel.
- Amplifies content outreach by systemic and planned execution of SEO, Social media promotions, Paid ads and affiliate marketing.
- Can measure the effects of promotion by tools like Google analytics, MOZ and others.
- Upload all content into CMS; source / create graphics; schedule posts.
- Manage external resources (freelancers/agency) to produce text, video, graphics content.
- Create ad copy /graphics for display and social advertising.
- Copyedit outbound marketing materials.
- Manage a 90-day content calendar that outlines the specific materials that we will publish across all channels.
- Work closely with other members of the marketing department to ensure that their materials are scheduled for optimal production and distribution.
- Reporting and analysis of materials and campaigns across distribution channels.
- Maintain a high awareness of content marketing strategies of competitors
- Execute against SEO strategy based on keyword volume, competitive rankings, searcher intent, and lead funnel stage.
- Optimizing existing website pages, materials, and campaigns.
- Adjust current site architecture to help search engines and users navigate better.
- Create new landing pages and article content for mid-to-late funnel keywords.
- Make sure blog user experience is optimized for maximum time on site and lead conversion potential.
- Editing and creating all content with SEO optimization as a driver.
Desired Skills and Experience :
Must Have :
- At least 2-3 years experience in content development and digital promotion targeted to small & medium sized businesses.
- Full understanding of the SEO content marketing cycle.
- Prior experience managing other writers and content producers.
- Excellent writing skills with strong grasp of grammar.
- Understanding of B2C marketing
- Strong project management skills.
- Able to meet or exceed deadlines.
- Knowledge of editing in word press, Photoshop is a plus
Other information:
- Work Location: Office at BTM Layout, Bangalore.
- 6 days a week (Sunday Off)
- Laptop and Smart phone are compulsory.
- Laptop should have a minimum of 4 GB RAM and should have a recent configuration (which is not more than 4 years).
Salary Range: 4-8 LPA
