Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the RIA (Investment Advisory) business of the firm.

- Lead the Research Team, setting strategic direction and objectives.

- Conduct market research and generate insights on various financial products and global markets.

- Collaborate with external teams across Asset Management companies to align research findings with business objectives.

- Deliver high-quality research and advisory services, monitor performance, and drive innovation.

Job Requirements:

- Advanced degree such as Masters/PGDM in Finance, CA/CFA

- A minimum of 7 years of Work experience in Wealth Management/Fund Management industry.

- Proven senior leadership experience in research and advisory functions.

- Strong knowledge of research methodologies, data analysis, and market research.

- Excellent communication, team management, and presentation skills.

- Business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to build relationships.
