Role Overview: - We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investment Banker to join our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing deal flow, generating business, and establishing a robust network within the alternative assets space. - You will play a pivotal role in connecting and prospecting with Ultra HNIs, institutions, and family offices, enabling a sustainable liquidity pipeline within our ecosystem. - Additionally, you will leverage your research and product knowledge to provide clients with informed investment insights and opportunities. - The role will also involve communicating with fund managers, conducting due diligence on fund managers and their investment products, and researching alternative assets products. Key Responsibilities: Deal Sourcing & Origination: - Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value investment opportunities in the alternative assets market. - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of primary and secondary transactions. Research & Product Knowledge: - Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities in alternative assets. - Stay updated on the latest products, services, and innovations within the alternative assets space. - Utilize your product knowledge to provide clients with comprehensive and insightful investment recommendations: Business Development: - Build and nurture relationships with Ultra HNIs, institutions, and family offices. - Engage in proactive prospecting activities to generate new business leads. - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and investment opportunities. Network Building: - Create and expand a network of industry contacts to facilitate deal flow and liquidity within our ecosystem. - Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote our platform and establish connections. Transaction Execution: - Lead the negotiation, structuring, and execution of transactions. - Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operational teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. Preferred Qualifications: - CA / CFA / Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven track record of success in investment banking (3-4 Years of Experience) - Strong understanding of primary and secondary market transactions. - Excellent research skills and product knowledge within the alternative assets market. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client satisfaction.
