Responsibility:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the airline distribution industry as well as Mystifly's products.
- Build and maintain a professional network within the online travel industry.
- Manage all processes leading up to finalizing distribution deals (prospecting, first contact, meetings, product pitch and demonstrations, follow-ups, contracting, integration, and relationship management).
- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the company's contract guidelines and policies.
- Proactively grow the sales pipeline and manage the tracker, while supporting other colleagues in the team to keep growing our business as a team.
- Willing to travel to meet clients in face-to-face meetings.
- Monitor the success of each account and manage client relationships to maximize profitability.
What we're looking for in an ideal candidate:
- Education - MBA - Tier 1/Tier2 institution.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, preferably in SaaS product/related industry.
- Commercial focus, sales driven, results-oriented, with strong negotiation skills and a client relationship manager.
- Exemplify the hands-on approach and eagerness to learn.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal interpersonal skills, and problem-solving attitude.
- Proactive, positive, and self-motivated with the ability to work without close supervision, handle pressure situations, take ownership, and be self-driven
- Highly enthusiastic and motivated to be part of a growing company.
