Position: Customer Success Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the business growth team by ensuring clients satisfaction with our services
- Collaborate with different teams internally to solve client issues
- Actively follow-up and close pending issues, prevent additional cases from piling on
- Support the management with insights to improve operational processes for better customer satisfaction
- Learn on the job; the role will evolve into a strategic account management position
What we're looking for:
- Hustler, with a problem solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High EQ, can handle complex situations on organisational as well as individual levels
- Excellent team player, can collaborate effectively with different departments
Preferred background:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer success role or account management
- MBA from Tier 1-2 b-schools preferred
