Myra Medicines is looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the single interface for all customer communication, grievance and feedbacks. We need someone who understands the various facets of internet business like marketing, technology, logistics, etc. but is centric towards consumer happiness. Your key role will be to understand the broken pieces in the customer journey and work with the the core team to report and solve each one of them.
You will be expected to increase the customer NPS score to drive more repeat orders and brand advocacy. Ensuring timely replies to all messages on social channels like Facebook, Twitter and being a link - via- the functional teams to provide - an adequate solution to the consumer.
Ensuring online reputation management across platforms like play store, social channels, in app ratings and review sites.
Your contribution will help - our Organisation improve brand loyalty, drive repeat orders, increase order value and ensure - word of mouth brand promotion-
A core role to - our organisation, we need someone who comes with the following skills and traits.
Skills :
1. Minimum of 4 years experience in customer management role
2. At- - least 2 years experience in customer success management
3. Built processes ground up and - well aware of the tools required
4. Graduate from a - tier 1- college, MBA will be an add-on
5. Hold over English, Hindi ( regional languages an add-on ) and dealt with PAN India processes
6. Preferably worked at a Startup or an Internet company
