Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve assigned sales targets within a designated territory or industry segment.
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing client organizations.
- Deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and address client needs.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are established.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop and refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master's/ Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software (e. , Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
