We are hiring Transport Manager in Administration Dept .

Experience: 7+ years of experience in Transport Operations in Admin.

Scope of Work:

- To Ensure over Transport operations is running as per standard process

- To Ensure vendors supply necessary cabs on time

- To Ensure the better cab optimization and rework on routes when every needed

- To Ensure Female employee who travel along or last drop and first pickup Travelling between 19:00 hrs to 06:00 hrs are provided with Escort

- To Ensure Cabs don't drop employees in different place other than their designated drop area, which is crowded area and safe to travel

- To Ensure seat belts in Vehicles are in proper working condition

- To monitor the speed of cabs and to ensure drivers drive the cabs in safe speed to avoid any unforeseen accidents.

- To Ensure required parking is available

- To Ensure all cabs are parked in designated parking slot as per scheduled time

- Coordinate with Land Lord with related to parking enhancement if any

- To Ensure all Requests are honored with in agreed time line

- To provide better and convenient route to commute

- To monitor the utilization and optimize the vehicle usage.

- Automation tools to be implemented.

- To Ensure cab occupancy is always more than 85%.

- To Ensure all Vehicles get Inducted as per norms at time of induction.

- To Ensure vehicles carry all necessary document copiers as per RTO Guidelines.

- To Ensure all renewed documents are submitted on time by vendor team and update our records accordingly.

- To Ensure all vehicles are repaired within 1 week, no accident signage is visible

- To Track the Vehicle utilization and maintain the movement tracker.

- To Audit the Trips sheets to ensure accuracy in billing process

- Ensure proper PO balance before usage of any service.

- Ensure industry bench mark cost is always maintained and Myntra spend is at par

- Ensure fuel escalation matrix is always followed

- To process the Bills to Finance Dept. on time, with necessary approvals, to ensure the payments are made on time

- To ensure all the transport services provided are with- in the service level agreed.

- To ensure on time vehicles are provided on time always

- To Ensure medical emergency cabs are provided within available short time.

- To Maintain the Vehicle look and feel good to meet the Myntra Standards.

- To ensure all employee queries are handled properly. In case of any escalation, to be handled and proper solution or response to be provided.

- To Conduct monthly Transport committee meeting, explore the ideas to improvise the transport operations.

- To conduct one to one meetings with employees and to resolve the recurring issues if any.

- To Ensure Vendors provide vehicle services as per agreed standards.

- To Ensure timely supply of cabs by vendor.

- To evaluate vendor performance and any lapses found to warn them and Penalize as per SLA.

- To Ensure continues improvement in the service rendered by the vendor.

- To Ensures Personality development of self-and the Team.

- To be the role model. Acquire the new techniques and always keep update about the market information.

- Seeks feedbacks from others and adopt new ideas and implement where ever necessary.

- Utilizes the Company provided learning resources.

- Also ensure the development of team by providing necessary training and guidance.

- Always be open to take up the additional responsibilities, which would help you claim the higher ladder in your carrier.

- To ensure periodical Training and guidance provided to all drivers.

- Encourage them to go good by recognizing their hard work and Reward them.

- Training and RnR to conduct at least Quarterly once.
