These events vary in nature in multiple aspects -   - Customer propositions - From high discount sale events to New Season events pivoted on fresh styles)   - Timing - Events can be based on seasonality in the fashion industry (End of Season, for e.g.) or social events (Diwali for e.g.) etc.  This is a work-stream that goes on throughout the year with high levels of cross functional collaboration between various teams like Category, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Revenue. We are looking for a candidate to lead this effort end-to-end, starting from conceptualization and planning these events to collaboration, leading the execution and problem-solving.   This is an extremely critical role with roughly half of our entire year's output depending on these events. As a result the role offers high levels of responsibility, opportunity to make a real impact and a chance to work with leaders from all parts of the organization.   RESPONSIBILITIES :   - Conceptualization and Planning of all events throughout the year, including but not limited to event sizing, calendarisation, innovating around new event propositions etc.  - Collaborate with all functions to project manage the entire activity; Be the central POC to tie-in all work-streams and ensure timely and correct execution  - Problem solving to ensure the required revenue goals for the event are met   - Drive cross-functional exercise to gather learnings from each event so that we can have better inputs for the next iteration  SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :  - MBA from a premier institution with 4-6 years of experience after MBA  - Experience of working in Revenue / Growth / Strategy team of another e-Commerce company will be preferable  - High levels of problem solving skills and ability to work with data and numbers  - High levels of project management and collaboration skills  - The candidate needs to be a self-starter and one who shows high levels of responsibility
