Primary Activities:

- Define overall strategic agenda for strategic partnerships

- Manage relationships with leading VC funds in India to identify startups

- Identify interesting startups for partnership and acquisition opportunities

- Conduct due diligence on startups for acquisition / investment

- Work with senior management team for any acquisition / investment deals

All roles require:

- Undergrad from a good institution + MBA preferred

- Work in small I-bank, Consulting firm, VC fund, Startup

- Self-driven person with ability to work well individually

- Excellent communication skills

- Conduct market research for opportunity areas; perform competitive analysis & make recommendations

- For strategic new investment areas, create business plans and go-to-market strategy
