Myntra is looking for a HR Generalist Leader for one of its largest core functions. The incumbent will support an organization of 800+ employees. He/she will manage a team of 7 including 4 HR Managers.

He/she would possess strong influencing and leadership skills, along with a positive, can-do attitude.

- The person should have a Masters from XLRI, IIM A,B,C or L, TISS or SCMHRD (no later than batch of 2006) and must have at least 4 years of experience as a Generalist with another solid stint in Comp & Ben, L&D or OD.

- The individual must have a stellar academic record and must have worked in either IT Product, FMCG, Banking & Fin Services, Fashion & lifestyle or a multi-business conglomerate.

A stint in a start-up environment would make the profile a high match for the requirement.
