- Devise and execute marketing strategies to drive organic customer acquisition on mobile apps (Android, Windows, iOS). Conceptualize and execute viral campaigns on social media to spread awareness for mobile app. Work with offline marketing teams for developing mass media campaigns across TV, Print, Radio, etc.
- Identify and execute strategies for driving user engagement on mobile app.
- Drive/guide cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product, marketing) towards timely and quality execution of marketing strategies. Provide user experience, communication and creative direction to product and design teams.
- Deeply understand customer behaviour, develop new customer insights via consumer research. Act as the voice of the mobile customer and help drive product roadmap and strategy.
- Manage distribution of our apps across multiple app stores. Drive and own App Store optimization to maximize organic app downloads from the App Store. Monitor user ratings and reviews on the appstore. Work with customer support and tech teams to resolve customer issues. Drive strategies to improve and maintain high ratings for our app across App Stores.
- Continuously experiment with new technologies/offerings in the mobile space to drive engagement and acquisition

- App user base Driving organic mobile app installs via focused marketing campaigns
- User Acquisition/Engagement For users who installed the app but not transacted yet, driving them to shop on app via re-engagement & marketing initiatives
- Consumer Insights, Driving insights on mobile user behaviour by leveraging multiple channels (user feedback shared via appstore reviews/social media/customer support, primary research via FGDs and talking to customers, user data)
- App distribution and community management across App Stores
