Qualification: NIIT/IIT

Exp- 1-3 yrs in operations,Logistics

Responsibilities -

Drive customer experience for marketplace operations

Coordinate with various operations team to ensure smooth operations

Take initiatives to drive improvement in customer experience metrics such as on time fulfillment, cancellation, returns, NPS,etc.

Desired Background:

IIT/ NIT with 1-2 years experience

Good understanding of Business Operations

Experience in strategic consulting/ e-commerce
