Hiring :
- Manage end to end recruitment process including, sourcing, CV shortlisting, initial validation, interviews, negotiation and offer.
- Design search strategy for Junior/ senior/niche requisitions.
- Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and have a strong network of potential candidates for niche roles.
- Developing creative ways to attract the right talent.
- Build and Manage relationship with external partners
Candidate Management :
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback and an efficient offer and on-boarding process.
Stakeholder management :
- Working closely with the BU leads and HRBPs on open positions and identify future talent needs
- Planning and managing regular hiring discussions with key stakeholders to apprise them on hiring progress.
Data management :
- Create fortnightly reports on key talent acquisition metrics and share with BU head.
- Maintain and share mapping for niche roles.
- Use data to lead/influence all discussion.
Project Management :
- Lead a function/cross functional project- Ideation to implementation.
- Own the project - improvements, dashboards etc.
Experience & Qualifications :
- Graduate/ Post graduate with 5+ years of experience in recruitment in corporate/ consulting firms.
- Experience in hiring for Technical role in an ecommerce organization is preferred.
- Ability to manage and analyze data to get meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in headhunting/ mapping.
