This team has an enterprise wide vision and works with all functions (Product, Supply Chain, Category, Technology, Contact Center, Marketing & Revenue, Cataloging etc) to ensure sustained performance across every leg of the customer journey. This entails strong cross functional understanding and stakeholder management to drive immediate action and process changes. - The team comprises of a strong mix of program managers & analytical storytellers who turn data into actions. It also owns customer experience metrics and is entrusted with complex problem solving and program management of strategic initiatives targeted towards enhanced customer experience. - Candidate will be part of the the Customer Experience Team and be responsible to improve Post Purchase Experience Conceptualize and drive strategic initiatives along with cross functional teams (Product, Contact center, Market Place, Category, Supply Chain, Market Place, Storefront & Revenue) to enhance customer experience Design & own customer facing policies for the platform & coordinate with finance, Trust & safety, SCM and Category teams for there implementation Own and keep evolving Cx measurement frameworks and drive programs to improve them Be a true evangelist of customer experience and participate in cross functional charters - 3+ years post MBA, 5+ years experience post graduation experience in Consulting, E-commerce or project management roles in B2C product/ tech companies Strong rigour, problem solving & program manage execution of large cross functional projects of strategic importance Influencing skills to build and manage a complex ecosystem of internal and external partners Analytical skills along with ability to drive insights from data. - Understanding of experiment design and Market Research is desirable Willing to take risks, challenge the status quo and work under ambiguous circumstances - Able to use data to influence senior leaders and defend his/her perspective. Ability to Influence and get Buy-In from Senior Management for driving initiatives Strong problem solving and analytic skills (e.g. can conduct root cause analysis, make reservations, and track results). - Ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyze complex processes, synthesize data and results, and drive toward insight and solutions Strong written, oral, communication and presentation skills required (including comfort with Excel and PowerPoint). - Should be able to present facts, analysis, and conclusions or solutions in a way that demonstrates command of content Must have proven track record of handling any one Business excellence/Strategy Deployment/Program management functions interacting with L0 decision makers in the org Good to have Knowledge of deploying Lean, Six Sigma, Quality Management Systems, use of Statistical Tools, FMEA, Control Plans etc. Team player and excellent collaborator Excellent academic record
