About Team
- This role rests with the Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) Sell-Side Team within the Revenue and growth Management team of Myntra. This person will be responsible for driving the Visual Merchandising and Shopping Experience mandate for Beauty and Personal Care (BPC) category at Myntra.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Visual Merchandising Planning, Operations & Engagement: Merchandising and planning operations team for BPC will roll up to this role.
Broad areas will be:
- Define and own the Merchandising direction, communication and storytelling for BPC as a Category across all touch points on the platform.
- Owning all performance & funnel metrics wrt merchandising. Ensuring that such metrics are institutionalized across teams and running performance cadences with respective stakeholder
- Planning of category level visibility and Store optimization through data rigor
- Liaison with Brand, Marketing and Design teams to plan monthly & yearly campaigns and co-owing metrics like CTR, session to list view etc.
- Innovative thinking, on new ways to sell BPC, introduce new launches, tell newer and better stories (capsules, videos, live shopping etc)
- Drive key initiatives of process optimization, adoption of new features across stakeholders
- Will play a key role in terms of operations for big sale events like - End of reason sale-, - Big fashion days- for BP\
- Coordinate and execute campaigns with the store operations team and ensure customer experience is top notch
- Manage visibility-based analytics, planning of category level visibility and Store optimization through data rigor
- Liasoning with Brand, Marketing and Design teams to plan monthly & yearly campaigns and co-owing metrics like CTR, session to list view etc.
- Planning a lot of merchandising/sort experiments on the platform in order to improvement performance or test various hypothesis through rigorous AB's and driving best practices as a result of these
- Drive key initiatives of Visibility elasticity of brands, user funnel optimization and sort order optimization for the
platform
- Coordinate and execute campaigns with the store operations team and ensure customer experience is top notch
- Optimize and improve personalization, Gamification of actions on the platform
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA from a top tier school, with total work experience of 4-6 years, with preferably 3+ years in an Ecommerce firm driving growth/planning
- Mandatory people management work experience of 2+ years
- Should have experience of handling Beauty and Personal Care as a Category and should be able to understand the Category nuances
- Ability to work well under deadlines, pressure and to successfully meet these deadlines
- Bias for action - Has sound judgement, thoroughly thinks through the problems to come up with solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Having strong creative bent of mind, with ability to generate ideas to drive category awareness and visibility
- Sharp Business and creative Acumen
- Ability to work with a lot of ambiguity
- Extremely strong in execution as this role will involve overseeing significant execution
- Strong sense of customer centricity
