Manager - Partner Experience

Myntra is looking for passionate and smart people for driving experience of their one of the most valued asset: business partners. If solving difficult business problems through a data driven analytical approach is something that excites you, this is the role for you. We are looking for people who can identify, drive and roll out solutions that improve customer experience of our valued business partners. As an owner of partner experience, this person would be responsible for innovating and driving strategic initiatives that help sellers succeed on the Myntra platform. These solutions will be built in coordination with various internal functions such as Technology, Product, Finance, Operations to name a few.

In addition to the above, following will be the key responsibilities for this role :

- Interacting with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels to understand clearly the customer (partner) needs and articulating and delivering solutions for the same

- Making strategic recommendations and driving product roadmaps

- Analyzing data and reports to understand & validate customer issues and assess impact of solutions. Making business cases

- Define metrics and KPIs for the different stakeholder so as to measure progress

- Lead and drive process improvement across teams to improve customer experience

- Feeding back voice of the partners as an input for all internal teams in the pursuit of building long term scalable processes

- Making SOPs and ensuring compliance

- Owning proactive and reactive communication and information dissipation to the partners

Key Skills required :

- Leadership skills & ability to manage internal and external stakeholders

- Strong decision making ability, analytical ability & problem solving skills

- Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Project management experience would be a plus

- Team player who works productively with wide range of people

- Lean & Six sigma knowledge will be a plus but not a mandatory requirement
