Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for design and implementation of the solutions related to category operations (inward, go live and returns) for in stock (Inventory, Sales Or Return) model.
- Insuring proper operational planning and implementation.
- Defining, monitoring and improving success metrics for different areas assigned and ensuring visibility to the management.
- Monitoring and improving the Key performance Indicators. Setting up KRA's for the department and the team in line with company's goals.
- Ability to design product solutions and have them implemented by partnering with stakeholders like Technology
- Identify opportunities of improvement and implement processes to increase efficiency.
- Ensuring predictability and visibility for various internal and external stakeholders regarding the processes and solutions implemented
Skills & Requirements :
- Leadership skills & ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Strong decision making, analytical ability & problem solving skills
- Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office packages and in particular Excel
- Team player who works productively with wide range of people
- Lean & Six sigma knowledge will be a plus but not a mandatory requirement
- Familarity with the OTB process of planning and buying in context of retail business will be a plus
