ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Fashion Selling Manager, you will focus on delivering a world-class and differentiated shopping experience for multiple categories at Myntra. You will develop and execute initiatives that aid product discovery and showcase the best of our wide selection through customer-centric features and innovative programs. You must be enthusiastic about managing complex, fast-paced projects across multiple teams, and be comfortable working with data.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Using tools to analyze consumer behavior and derive consumer insights to improve the shopping experience on Myntra
2. Identifying key themes, trends and fashion developments across fashion categories (apparel, accessories, footwear)
3. End-to-end management of category solutions including visual merchandising, building collections, product stories, etc.
4. Working with cross-functional teams to run marketing and visibility campaigns
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years of experience in the retail / apparel industry working on product, design, merchandising, marketing
- Deep understanding of the fashion industry, products and trends
- Results-oriented and ownership-driven, can develop independent ideas that are driven by data
- Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail
- Consumer-centric mindset and ability to think strategically and tactically
- Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Team player, with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and ability to manage stakeholders across functions and disciplines
