Role : The person would drive Myntra's brand and business agenda through a distinctive and meaningful content marketing play in fashion and lifestyle. The role reports into Vice President, Marketing. Responsibilities : 1. Leading fashion content play for Myntra by building new content IPs 2. Collaborating with partners to create and curate fashion content for Myntra 3. Driving content publishing and marketing across Myntra platform and social channels in collaboration with the internal teams along with distribution through 3rd party platforms 4. Driving the large brand associations (IIFA, Zoom TV) for Myntra. 5. Lead a team of content marketers and publishers Desired Skillset : 1. At least 8+ years of experience with significant experience in content creation/ acquisition along with marketing and distribution 2. Strong network of content partners across media networks, digital agencies, social influencer networks etc. 3. Experience with fashion content is desirable though not mandatory 4. Ability to collaborate with and influence diverse teams from marketing, product, category and partner ecosystem to drive outcomes 5. Excellent communication skills 6. High bias for action is a must 7. An experimentative and imaginative mind to drive consumer engagement through content and tech in meaningful ways. 8. Solid appreciation for data and comfort with use of data to drive business cases and outcomes.
