Job Title: Director - Total Rewards
Location: Bangalore
Internal Stakeholders: HRBPs, Leadership Team, Finance team, Real estate team
External Stakeholders: Vendors & Partners for benefits, Insurance partners, Consulting partners for compensation market data
Key Responsibilities:
This role heads the total rewards function for Myntra, with the following responsibilities:
- Own end to end compensation, benefits and wellness
- Design & Drive Myntra rewards strategy
- Manage executive compensation
- Annual compensation benchmarking, compensation review exercises
- Manage Employee stock plan (LTI)
- Manage short term incentive plans
- Monitor and ensure pay parity
- Oversee rewards ops activities & audit
- Manage Workforce planning & Budgeting
- Create and track payroll budget for the org
- Own benefits & wellness
- Benefit design, wellness activities & calendar
- Manage benefits budget
- Oversee benefits ops activities
- Policy owner for all benefit policies
- Ensure audit compliance on all policies
- Introduce up to date, competitive and employee friendly policies

Behavioural Competencies :
- Should be able to lead & develop the team and provide ongoing feedback, manage potential conflicts and create a sense of purpose and drive within the team
Functional Competencies :
- Should be able to partner with business leadership and use data driven approach to ensure Myntra leads the market for innovative and best practices in compensation, and act as an SME for all matters related to compensation, benefits, wellness and policy design.
Qualifications/Skills:
Experience Level:
- 12-15 years in total rewards (Compensation & benefits), with at least 2-3 years leading a team. Knowledge of employee stock planning, executive compensation and benefits regulations are a must.
Education criteria (PG, UG, PhD, etc) :
- PG / PG Diploma / MBA in HR or similar
Technical skills (Specific software exposure, role etc) :
- MS Office
- Experience with HRMS systems (Experience with SuccessFactors is preferred)
- Knowledge of compensation benchmarking, Job analysis & evaluation, LTI design
